4 heat levels from 104°F to 131°F, a temperature control chip and auto shut off at 15 minutes. Soleva is a comfort device, not a medical device. Don't use it on skin with reduced sensitivity. If you have diabetes or circulation concerns, check with your doctor first.

Is it easy to use?
