Shipping Policy

Free shipping, always
Every Soleva order ships free. No minimum, no hidden fees. There are no customs fees or duties to pay at delivery.

Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, including P.O. Boxes. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Processing time
We prepare and pack your order in 2 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 8 to 15 business days. Orders ship from our international fulfillment partners. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is on the way.

Holiday season
From November to December, carriers handle more packages than usual and deliveries may take a few extra days. If you're ordering a gift, please check the order by date shown in our store.

Changes and cancellations
You can cancel your order or change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at volcanicsoleva@gmail.com. After that, your order is already being prepared and can't be changed.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, or your tracking hasn't updated in 15 days, email us at volcanicsoleva@gmail.com. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Marked as delivered but not received
Please check with neighbors, around your home and with your local post office for 3 days, as packages sometimes show up late. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once at no cost. We can't offer a refund for packages lost due to an incorrect address that are not returned to us.
