Refund policy

90 Day Sealed Return
You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, your Soleva must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Because Soleva rests directly on the skin, we can't accept opened units for a change of mind return.

How to start a return
Email us at volcanicsoleva@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We reply within 1 to 2 business days. If your return is approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved request will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Shipping to you is always free. For change of mind returns, return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund a package that never reaches us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your Soleva arrives damaged, defective or isn't the item you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the product and the package. You don't need to send it back. Once we review it, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your sealed return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at volcanicsoleva@gmail.com.

Gifts
Refunds on gift orders always go to the person who placed the order, to their original payment method.

Sale items and bundles
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions. Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. If you bought the 2 pack and return only one sealed unit, we refund the difference between the pack price and the regular single unit price of $44.99. For example, if you paid $69.99 for the 2 pack and return one sealed unit, you receive $25.00 back.

Returns we can't accept
Units that have been opened or used, returns requested more than 90 days after delivery, and items sent back without an approved request are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
Soleva comes in one adjustable size that fits either ankle. If you need something different, the fastest way is to return your sealed unit and place a new order.

Where we ship
We currently ship and accept returns only within the United States.
